01What guides my practice
I practise integrative psychotherapy, grounded in a humanistic, existential and person-centred approach. This allows me to meet you as the individual you are. Together, we shape support around your story, your needs and your pace. I pay close attention to how you experience events, what matters to you and the meaning you wish to give your life. Active listening, trust and respect for your pace run through our work together.
I help you put your experience into words, gain perspective and find your own bearings. We explore not only your difficulties, but also your strengths and the possibilities ahead. This time can help you reconnect with your needs, your values and what brings you a sense of purpose. Depending on what you are looking for, we may work together for a few sessions or begin a more in-depth therapeutic process.
02Exploring choices and meaning
I hold a master's degree in career, work and counselling psychology from CNAM–INETOP. I have also completed Level 1 and Level 2 counselling training at INETOP. These studies inform my work with uncertainty, decision-making and life transitions.
My certification in “Meaning in Life, Meaning in Work”, also completed at INETOP, adds another dimension to this work: understanding what motivates you, what feels missing and what you would like to change, so you can find a direction that feels true to you.
03Making room for emotions, the body and relationships
My training in clinical sexology and certification in clinical maternology allow me to support questions around intimacy, couple relationships, motherhood and the mother–child bond. We approach these areas sensitively, with respect for what you feel ready to share.
I have also completed the MBSR Cycle 1 programme at the Centre de Pleine Conscience in Bures-sur-Yvette. This experience informs my attention to self-awareness and the present moment. Depending on your needs, I may draw on mindfulness, Jacobson's progressive muscle relaxation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), discussing with you how these tools might support our sessions.
