Life transitions and counselling
Finding direction through life's transitions.
A change, a decision or a period of uncertainty may lead you to question where you belong and what matters to you. Counselling offers a space to explore these questions and consider what comes next.
Life transitions in all their forms
Changes in your relationships, family, home or plans can unsettle familiar reference points. We explore your experience, your doubts and your options, without prescribing a direction.
Clarifying your choices and plans
We draw on your story, values and strengths to help you make sense of your choices. Educational and career questions can also be explored. Depending on your needs, psychometric assessments or a career and skills review may complement our conversations. The career and skills review is privately funded and is not eligible for France's CPF funding scheme.
Exploring what gives your life meaning
A transition can raise broader questions: what matters to me now? What place do I want work, relationships and personal aspirations to have in my life? This space helps you reconnect with what motivates you and make choices that feel right for you.
